Smiling! Spring 2009.
Ellie Mae (Ellie or El)
DOB: 04/13/2007
Medium Golden Female
OFA Hips & Elbows Good

AKC Registered Name: Molly's Dream Girl of Sutcliffe's Goldens
Weighs ~50 lbs.

Elile is from Molly and Mo (Rest In Peace), our previous goldens. She holds a special place in our hearts because she was the last daughter from Molly and Mo. Ellie particularly takes after her mom, Molly, and reminds us a lot of her. She is a sister to Nutmeg. El has been shown at our local fair--just for fun--for a few years now and enjoys the attention.
She loves to be the center of attention and is always willing to go anywhere that you are going...as long as she is with a person, she is happy. Ellie has a cute "smile" (you can kind of see it in the picture to the left). She is smaller for a golden and only weighs about 45-50 pounds. But she definitely makes up for it in her spunky personality.

She used to be quite the little spitfire, just like her sister was. Although, she has settled down quite a bit. She is now part of our breeding program and had her first litter last December, 2010. Ellie knows sit, come, down, stay, heel, etc. She is a fast learner just like the rest and loves to please--what a golden. Elle is definitely a keeper. Although she reminds us of our Molly, she has a personality that is all her own.

Ellie as a naughty, muddy puppy...but I'm sure she had fun! And then she got a bath.
